Occupational therapy interventions take place in the individual’s performance environment (school, home, etc.). Care can be provided:

How ?
As an occupational therapist, I use activity as a therapeutic tool to improve a person’s performance and satisfaction in their daily occupations. Depending on their needs, this may involve retraining impaired functions or adapting the environment to reduce or eliminate limitations and to support the engagement in meaningful activities.
- Cognitive abilities (DTVP3, NEPSY…)
- Motor abilities: mobility (range of motion, testing, Kapandji assessment, evaluation of grasp and coordination).
- Praxis abilities (MANo assessment and skills in activities of daily living – ADLs).
- Graphomotor skills (BHK, writing speed, and EVIC assessment).
- Sensory abilities (Dunn Sensory Profile).
- Sensory perception abilities (superficial, deep, thermal, and proprioceptive sensitivity).
- Independence and engagement in meaningful activities (MCRO).
